Our Commitment
We are committed to providing fair refunds for work not completed. We do not keep payment for services we haven't delivered. At the same time, we expect payment for work we have completed according to the agreed-upon specifications.
Refund Eligibility
When Refunds Are Available
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
1. Before Work Begins
Eligibility: Full refund of deposit if cancelled before development starts
- Project must be cancelled before any development work begins
- Consultation and planning time may be charged if significant time was spent
- Full deposit refund if cancelled within 48 hours of payment
2. During Development (Partial Refund)
Eligibility: Refund of unused portion minus work completed
- Refund calculated based on work completed to date
- Completed work is charged at the agreed-upon hourly rate or milestone rate
- You receive all work completed to date
- Unused portion of payment is refunded
3. Service Failure
Eligibility: Full or partial refund if we fail to deliver agreed-upon service
- If we fail to deliver the website as specified in the agreement
- If the website does not meet the agreed-upon technical specifications
- If we breach the service agreement
4. Project Completion Issues
Eligibility: Refund for incomplete or defective work
- If the delivered website has significant defects that prevent its use
- If promised features are missing or non-functional
- If the website does not meet the agreed-upon specifications
When Refunds Are NOT Available
Refunds are not available for:
- Work completed and delivered as specified in the agreement
- Third-party services and fees (hosting, domains, premium plugins)
- Consulting and planning time already provided
- Changes in your mind about the project scope
- Dissatisfaction with design choices (after approval)
- Changes requested after project completion
- Failure to provide required information or materials
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
To request a refund, contact us at connect@navvroj.dev with the following information:
- Your name and project details
- Reason for the refund request
- Specific issues or concerns (if applicable)
- Documentation supporting your claim (if applicable)
Step 2: Review & Assessment
We will review your refund request and assess whether it meets our refund policy criteria. This typically takes 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Response
We will respond to your refund request via email with:
- Approval or denial of the refund request
- If approved, the refund amount and timeline
- If denied, a detailed explanation of why the request does not qualify
Step 4: Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 14 business days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive confirmation via email
- Bank processing time may add 3-5 additional business days
Step 5: Work Delivery
Upon approval of a refund request:
- You will receive all work completed to date
- Access to the website will be provided
- All files and code will be delivered

Note: Timeline begins after refund approval. Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Client
You may cancel your project at any time by notifying us in writing. Upon cancellation:
- Work will stop immediately
- You will receive all work completed to date
- Refund will be calculated according to this policy
- Outstanding invoices remain due
Cancellation by Navvroj
We may cancel a project if:
- You violate our Terms of Service
- You fail to provide required information or materials
- Payment is not received by the due date
- The project involves illegal or unethical activities
- You engage in harassment or abusive behavior
Effects of Cancellation
Upon cancellation by either party:
- All work in progress stops
- Completed work is delivered
- Refunds are calculated and processed
- Outstanding payments remain due
Dispute Resolution
Disagreement About Refund
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:
- Request a detailed explanation of the decision
- Provide additional documentation or evidence
- Request a review of the decision
- Contact us to discuss the matter further
Review Process
If you request a review of a refund decision:
- We will conduct a thorough review of your case

- Our decision will be final
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may pursue other remedies available under applicable law, including legal action.
Non-Refundable Items
Third-Party Services
The following items are non-refundable:
- Domain Registration: Domains purchased are non-refundable per registrar policies
- Web Hosting: Hosting fees are non-refundable
- Premium Plugins: Licensed plugins with ongoing fees are non-refundable
- Premium Themes: Licensed themes are non-refundable
- SSL Certificates: SSL certificates are non-refundable
Services Already Rendered
- Consulting and planning time
- Project assessment and scoping
- Work completed and delivered
- Support and maintenance time
Partial Refund Calculations
When calculating partial refunds during development:
- Work completed is charged at the agreed-upon rate
- Unused portion of payment is refunded
- Third-party service fees are deducted
- Consultation time is deducted if significant
Special Circumstances
Project Delays
If a project is delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeline:
- We will notify you of the delay and reason
- We will provide a revised completion date
- Delays do not automatically qualify for refunds
- Significant delays may be grounds for cancellation
Scope Changes
If the project scope changes significantly:
- We will provide a revised quote
- You may accept or reject the revised scope
- Scope changes do not automatically qualify for refunds
- You may cancel if you disagree with changes
Technical Issues
If technical issues prevent project completion:
- We will work to resolve the issues
- We will keep you informed of progress
- If issues cannot be resolved, refund options will be discussed
Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.):
- We will communicate the situation to you
- We will work to resume services as soon as possible
- Refund options will be discussed if services cannot be resumed
